The Contract for the supply of goods and/or services by supplier "Verve Design" to the Client shall be governed by these conditions. "Verve Design" will provide professional services and perform its responsibilities with due diligence and skill. The customer is obligated to guarantee that "Verve Design" personnel and the selected items have adequate and secure access to the defined location and that people associated with Verve can reach the customer's address.
Projects will commence upon a signed agreement between Verve Design and the Client outlining the scope of work, fees, and timeline. Verve Design reserves the right to decline projects at its discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you (Client/Customer) and Verve Design (Us) regarding your use of the Website and its services.
Verve Design reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
No representations or warranties are made by us, our affiliates, or our service partners regarding the correctness, dependability, timeliness, completeness, or reliability of any content, software, text, graphics, links, or communications provided on or through the use of Our Website, or about the absence of errors or the continuous operation of Our Website. As a result, we disclaim all liability for any financial or other harm that You may sustain as a result of any data or other information that is transmitted in connection with using Our Website being delayed, failed, interrupted, or corrupted, or from any errors or interruptions that may occur when Our Website is operating.
